The Berkshire Room shares another of its delicious house cocktails, the Prize Fighter, a fittingly named drink that is a perfect pairing of the great tastes of Mezcal and Rye in one glass. The blend marries the flavors with a touch of sweet and smoke with just a little bight, a wonderful treat that is perfect for any time indoor or out.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz Mezcal
- 3/4 oz Amaro Lucano
- 1/4 oz Suze
- 3 drops Molé Bitters
Directions
Add all ingredients to mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice—preferably one large cube. Express oil from a swath of orange peel over the surface of the drink. The remaining orange twist may remain as a garnish.
